BRRRR.....Baby It's Cold Outside!!

All I can say is, "BRRRR!!" Sooooo cold here! Icy, too!

My days have been spent keeping warm and staying well. Monday I stayed home from work, fighting an allergy related headache & sore throat. It was Martin Luther-King Day so there was no mail and I had people out of the office attending a seminar, so my workload would have been pretty minimal anyway. At any rate, it was good to stay home, stay warm and take something to make me feel better without feeling like a medicine head. On Tuesday, I headed to work and caught up on my work load. During my lunch break, I sent out my SilverNotes Newsletter to my e-mail recipients and planned to get the regular mailed ones out the door today; but my printer at home ran out of ink, during the middle of my printing the newsletter so they will have to wait another day to be mailed. ARRRGGGHHH! I hate missing deadlines; even if I set them myself. I decided not to get upset over it. They will get them when they get them and that is all that I can do about it. So here we are at Wednesday already.

On a sad turn ... yes... another one... I found out that a former co-worker lost a college aged child to suicide. So sad!! Made me want to go hug my children; so I did...I ran down stairs when I got home from work and hugged Robyn. She totally understood and, as it turned out, really needed the hug, she had had a no good very bad day! It's so good to keep our "I love you's" in tact!
