Bob and I are celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary a bit early (Our anniversary is September 2nd) by going on this exciting Alaskan cruise. We leave July 18th and return on the 25th. Only a week, but that is enough for us. AND...I am so excited! We got the details for the cruise, along with our airline tickets for Anchorage, in the mail yesterday.
It's a Christian Classics Cruise with Christian artists performing. Old favorites of ours including, Phil Keaggy, Chuck Girard, Randy Stonehill, Barry McGuire and Cheri Keaggy. GREAT music! We are so looking forward to it. It is fitting because the very first gift I gave to Bob when we were dating, was a Phil Keaggy album called, "Love Broke Through", {yes, we are talking vinal records here! } When he played the album, we found out it was a fluke, because on the first side it had Phil Keaggy alright, but on the flip side it was Randy Stonehill! We will bring it on the cruise with us and see if both of these artists will sign the fluke record album! I think it's worth a try, anyway...who knows if they even know that this happened!
In case you are interested in seeing more about the cruise, here is the website for this particular trip: www.christiancruises.net/christianclassics.htm {Sorry, I'm having trouble getting the direct link to show up here}

Congrats on the upcoming anniversary and planned celebrations.
How quirky that those particular entertainers are booked for the event. You'll have to make sure the entertainment director knows about your album and story so they can help get the signatures for you.
Have found a new form of entertainment for bad days in the office with a Christmas themed blog i can plug in the head set and have Christmas tunes running in the background while I deal with spreadsheets. It is my guilty secret and puts a good does of out of season humour into my day.
The trip sounds like it will be so much fun. I can't wait to see pictures and hear all about it.
Wow, that is exciting!!! Have a wonderful time!! I checked the website and it looks like it will be a great cruise.
