HOME FROM ALASKA!!

I suppose this photo should say "Thanks for visiting Alaska" instead of "Welcome". We had a wonderful time and I don't really have time to post a lot of photos, but here is one of my favorites, from the highest point of our White Rail train journey (which took us to the top of the mountain). This photo was taken at the Alaskan - Canadian border.
Our trainOur view of the Sawtooth Mountains from the train
Seward where we began our journey
The Hubbard Glacier - Our ship got 2 1/2 miles away from the actual glacier, itself, a first for the ship to get that close. Juneau, Alaska...the waterfall at Chilkoot mine (by the spot where we had our salmon bake) Beautiful sunsets! The ship and all of it's beautiful furnishings and provisions, (including the fabulous food!)was fantastic. The fellowship onboard and concerts, tours and extras were delightful. There are not enough words to describe the beauty of this area and the fun we had viewing it. I will post more photos soon.
