Card For Trudi...

My friend, Trudi, fell on the ice and landed on her arm and it shattered a bone. She had surgery on it right away, and is in a cast with several pins in that bone. She is in a lot of pain. So hopefully this will cheer her up.

I had a extremely busy, but very productive day; plus I am fighting a pain in my neck/shoulder, so it hurts every time I reach for something (which is a lot). I only did 2.5 miles on the eliptical trainer tonight so I wouldn't aggrivate it and will try some linimint to rub out the kinks. Hopefully, it will be better tomorrow.
