Sorry...It's been a while!

I haven't had much time to post here. Seems I keep up with everyone more now on facebook. So to those who do not have facebook, I apologize!

To catch up on our lives:

Bob really likes his new job at Atlas! We are believing for day shift hours, but we are adjusting pretty well to 2nd shift and the four, ten-hour days has helped so he is off from Friday morning at 2:00 a.m. to Monday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. The long weekends help! He has gotten some good overtime hours in, too!

As for me...I fought a nagging pain in my lower back, got treated at the chiropractor and felt a bit better, but then in that area, felt some tingling and burning, which swept over into my hip area. Very irritating...then a rash broke out there and I decided not to mess around anymore on my own so I went to the doctor and he diagnosed SHINGLE!!! UGH!! He gave me medication for it so it cut down on many of the symptoms, but I was still fighting a lot of pain so I stayed home for the worst of it and prayed through the rest. The symptoms are finally going away!

The kids...Robyn passed her marriage and family therapy license exam with a 79.5% grade. Passing is 69%. She was happy not to have to retest (saving her $300.00 per test!!) and we are so proud of her and her accomplishments. She continues working at Family Innovations in and around the Minneapolis/St. Paul area.
She turned 26 on February 20th and we celebrated with her and Tore at The Spaghetti Factory Restaurant, meeting Karalynn, Tim and the grandkids for birthday dinner.

Karalynn and Tim are busy building a new home! The builder is buying their townhouse and worked out a deal so they can get into a larger home sooner. It is a win-win situation and they are excited about the new, bigger home. Not so excited about the prepping to move and the move itself, but we know everything will work out okay for them.

The grandkids...Anna and Owen continue to amaze us with their brilliance and entertain us with their funny, cute little ways. We love them to pieces! They have had the opportunity to spend a few overnights at our house, which are busy, but fun times!
