June Flowers

The flowers of June
that are in bloom,
do serve to remind,
that God is so kind
to bring beauty that
lifts any gloom.

When our days seem so cheerless,
there is nothing more dear to us
than for us each to see
the bright colors of these
that will sweep away sorrow
like a broom.
