Catch and Release - My 25.5 inch Walleye

Here is one of the many large Walleyes I caught {and had to release} on Mille Lacs Lake this weekend...This was taken on Friday afternoon.

The winds were so strong on Saturday, we didn't stay on that lake for too long. We ended up at Camp Lake, three miles from Mille Lacs, and caught our limit of nice sized Crappies. It turned out to be a beautiful evening on that lake. Loons calling and the smell of campfires...I love summmer on the lake!!
Not all of our weekend was spent fishing... On Monday, we spent the day with Bob's side of the family. His Aunt Shirley was in town so it was good to see her again. Uncle Ken and Uncle Gary and Aunt Ardyce were also there. Here is a photo of the four siblings:{From left to right, Lloyd, Gary, Shirley and Ken}
AND...of course, it was fun to see the babies! Anna had fun playing with her cousin Henry.
And..we cannot forget the newest addition to the Starr family: Lucy Lorraine, shown here with her mommy and daddy, Bryan and Ashley!
